Bee Four Inc. ("we", "our", "us") operates the BeeFour Bitcoin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Wallet addresses (when you request a withdrawal), charity donation preferences, and referral codes you choose to share.

Automatically collected: Device type, operating system version, app usage analytics (pages viewed, features used, session duration), crash reports, and advertising identifiers for serving relevant ads.

We do NOT collect: Your name, email address, phone number, government ID, financial account information, or any personal identity documents. You can use BeeFour Bitcoin without creating an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and maintain the App; process Bitcoin withdrawals to your provided wallet address; process charitable donations on your behalf; serve rewarded advertisements; improve App performance and user experience; monitor and analyze usage trends; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Advertising

BeeFour Bitcoin displays rewarded advertisements through third-party ad networks. These networks may use advertising identifiers and device information to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Revenue generated from advertisements funds Bitcoin rewards for users and donations to verified charitable organizations.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services including: ad networks (for serving rewarded advertisements), analytics providers (for App performance monitoring), payment processors (for processing Bitcoin withdrawals and in-app purchases), and Lightning Network service providers (for facilitating BTC transactions). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Advertising & Analytics Partners

BeeFour Bitcoin is supported by rewarded advertising. We work with the following advertising mediation platforms, ad networks, and analytics providers, which may collect and process information on devices running the App:

Appodeal — our ad mediation platform, which manages and serves ads from multiple ad networks, including those listed below.

Google AdMob — an advertising network served via Appodeal's mediation.

Meta Audience Network — an advertising network operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., served via Appodeal's mediation.

Pangle — an advertising network operated by ByteDance, served via Appodeal's mediation.

Firebase / Google Analytics — used to measure App usage, performance, and stability.

These partners may collect or process: advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers), used to measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize ads; approximate location derived from your IP address (typically resolved to country or region), used for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and determining which privacy regulations — such as GDPR or CCPA — apply to you; device and app information, including device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone; ad interaction data, such as impressions, clicks, completions, and the placements where ads are shown; and usage patterns, including session activity, feature usage, and in-app events.

Your choices: Where available, you can limit or opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings and consent prompts — for example, by adjusting the advertising ID and ad personalization settings on your device, or by responding to the consent prompt shown when the App is first opened where required by your region. Opting out does not stop ads from being shown, but may make them less relevant to you.

6. Charitable Donations

When you choose to donate your earnings, we process donations to verified registered charitable organizations on your behalf. We share only the donation amount with the receiving charity — no personal information is transmitted. Charitable partners include registered Canadian charities.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. Bitcoin wallet addresses are encrypted during transmission. No personal financial information is stored on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 12 months for audit and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

9. Children's Privacy

BeeFour Bitcoin is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of personalized advertising; and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Nature of Service: BeeFour Bitcoin simulates a mining experience for education and entertainment purposes. Mining progress is depicted directly by participation in the rewards program, earning task-based Bitcoin that is sponsored. While there is no cost for hardware or electricity, the mining process can involve hardware wear and tear and maintenance, along with networking costs. These expenses are factored into our pricing as to not affect the user experience and gains.

Bitcoin Earnings: Users earn real Bitcoin satoshis through engagement with the App. Earnings may be withdrawn to an external wallet via Lightning Network or BTC mainnet, or donated to a verified charitable organization. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Withdrawal processing times may vary.

HoneyBee NFTs: HoneyBee NFTs are in-app digital collectibles. They are not blockchain-based tokens at this time and have no cash value outside the App. Rarity is determined by randomization and does not constitute gambling.

In-App Purchases: Premium bee bots are available for purchase. All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies.

Charitable Donations: Donations are made to verified registered charitable organizations. Bee Four Inc. facilitates donations on the user's behalf. Donation receipts and tax documentation are the responsibility of the receiving charitable organization.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
