Cricket Crypto Inc. ("we", "our", "us") operates the Cricket Crypto mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Information you provide: Wallet addresses (when you request a withdrawal), charity donation preferences, and referral codes you choose to share.
Automatically collected: Device type, operating system version, app usage analytics (pages viewed, features used, session duration), crash reports, and advertising identifiers for serving relevant ads.
We do NOT collect: Your name, email address, phone number, government ID, financial account information, or any personal identity documents. You can use Cricket Crypto without creating an account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the App; process Bitcoin withdrawals to your provided wallet address; process charitable donations on your behalf; serve rewarded advertisements; improve App performance and user experience; monitor and analyze usage trends; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Advertising
Cricket Crypto displays rewarded advertisements through third-party ad networks. These networks may use advertising identifiers and device information to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Revenue generated from advertisements funds Bitcoin rewards for users and donations to verified charitable organizations.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services including: ad networks (for serving rewarded advertisements), analytics providers (for App performance monitoring), payment processors (for processing Bitcoin withdrawals and in-app purchases), and Lightning Network service providers (for facilitating BTC transactions). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Charitable Donations
When you choose to donate your earnings, we process donations to verified registered charitable organizations on your behalf. We share only the donation amount with the receiving charity — no personal information is transmitted. Charitable partners include registered Canadian charities.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. Bitcoin wallet addresses are encrypted during transmission. No personal financial information is stored on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 12 months for audit and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.
8. Children's Privacy
Cricket Crypto is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Nature of Service
Cricket Crypto is a gameplay simulation for education and entertainment purposes. Users build a virtual lineup of cricket-themed squad positions, each with its own stats and activation duration. The in-app economy runs on satoshis, which accumulate based on gameplay variables — total run rate velocity, active squad count, subscription multipliers, time-based bonuses, and other game mechanics. Lineup positions are activated through gameplay actions such as watching rewarded ads, completing partner offers, or in-app purchases.
Bitcoin Earnings
Users earn real Bitcoin satoshis through engagement with the App. Earnings may be withdrawn to an external wallet via Lightning Network or BTC mainnet, or donated to a verified charitable organization. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Withdrawal processing times may vary.
Cricket Cards
Cricket Cards are in-app digital collectibles. They are not blockchain-based tokens at this time and have no cash value outside the App. Rarity is determined by randomization and does not constitute gambling.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
